(Village Walk, Elephant Visit, Elephant Safari, Bird Watching ,Jungle Walk, Elephant Breeding, Canoe Ride, Cultural Dance) 5 days
Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival
A person will be there to pick you to bring hotel then the organizer will meet you in the hotel or in office and give you the description about the tour.
Day 2: Chitwan
Our representative will meet you at Chitrasari, Tadi or Bharatpur Airport in Chitwan, and transfer you to your resort. Enjoy the welcome drinks and get some rest either in your own room or in the garden. Next, your tour guide will tell you about the various activities that you will be participating in.
Lunch will be served between 1 and 2 PM. When you are done, you can take a walk in the garden or get some rest indoors.
At about 3 PM, your guide will take you out on a tour of the nearby village where indigenous Tharu people are living a very simple life, following their centuries old traditions.
From there, you will visit Chitwan National Park Visitor's Centre to learn more about the history of the National Park as well as the wildlife within. When it is time, watch the sun set on the horizon from the bank Rapti River.
In the evening (about 7 PM), you will be invited to participate in a Tharu cultural dance show (performed by the local villagers). Alternatively, a slideshow presentation covering almost everything about Chitwan will be played for your viewing pleasure.
You can have dinner anytime between 8 and 10 PM. Enjoy the cuisines and go to bed early enough.
Day 3: Full-day jungle safari in and around Chitwan National Park:
After the wake up call, prepare for some early monrning activities. You can discuss about today's activities with your tour guide.
Have breakfast and go out for canoeing on the Rapti River. This will be a great opportunity for watching several species of migratory birds (depending upon the season) and also two rare species of crocodiles (the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial). Afterwards, take a jungle walk and on your way back one can also observe elephant bathing. You will also visit the Government operated Elephant Breeding Centre.
Return to the resort for lunch, and have some rest. At about 3 PM, you will go out again for elephant safari. You may be lucky enough to sight animals like rhinoceros, wild boar, monkey, leopard, sloth bear, some four different kinds of deer and the Royal Bengal Tiger During the safari, you will also see several other smaller mammals.
In the evening, you either a cultural program or a slideshow will be presented. After finishing the presentation, enjoy your buffet dinner and prepare to sleep.
Day 4: Early morning bird watching, museum visit, and transfer to Kathmandu or Pokhara
If you want to do see more birds, you should wake up as early as possible and take a walk in the jungle and the river bank. Make sure you ask your guide and the resort manager to give you a wake up call. After you get back from the morning walk, have your breakfast and prepare to leave.
On your way to the bus park, you can visit Tharu Cultural Museum. 10:00: You will be transferred to the airport or bus park depending on how you will be travelling onward.
Day 5: Departure day to your country
We will take you to airport for your departure.
